Our data protection policy is in accordance with the regulation approved by the National Agency of the Information Society (AKSHI) of Albania. We only use your data to fulfill your order. All customer data is stored and processed in accordance with relevant regulations. At any time you have the right to access your information and to request the correction, blocking and removal of your stored data.

We will only pass your personal data, including your home address and email address, to third parties with your express permission, which can be revoked at any time. Our service partners, who require information to complete the order, are excluded from this (eg the delivery companies that will transport the goods and the credit institute in charge of receiving the payment). In these cases the shared data is limited to the required minimum. By registering on the website, your name and email address are used with your permission for our advertising purposes, until you unregister. During the process of ordering and creating a user profile, you also shared your personal information and the permission given. We would like to inform you that you can withdraw that permission for future use at any time.

For registered customers information on the contents of their basket is stored in our database, which can then be retrieved on your next visit. If you register or want to place an order, we need your details. If you are already registered as a customer with us, you can simply sign up using your email address and password. Data stored in the database means you don't have to fill in the form again.
