TRANSPORT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS

1. DELIVERY NOTICES

We process the order directly after you have confirmed it.

2. DELIVERY DEADLINES IN ALBANIA AND KOSOVO

For orders within Albania. delivery to your address will be made within 24-48 hours. For orders within Kosovo, delivery to your address will be made within 3-5 days.

3. RECEIVING THE ORDER

Please ensure that there is a person, who can take delivery, at that address at that time. The usual practice is that the courier will call you before bringing your order to the specified address. If you don't respond right away, they keep the package at the nearest office near your city for a few days, and if you don't pick it up again, the package will be returned to us.

4. COST OF TRANSPORTATION

Within Albania, transport costs 300 ALL. For Kosovo, transport costs €3.
