When returning goods, it is necessary that the goods be returned in good condition, unused and with the original box undamaged, definitely attaching the code sent by message from the staff.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is in good condition and undamaged. If it is determined that there is a defect or damage to the product caused by the buyer, the replacement will be refused and the product will be returned to the buyer at its cost.
The ordered item cannot be replaced, in case it has been worn.
The procedure for replacing the item can be done by the buyer, no later than 24 hours after receiving the product. Attention: You can only change/replace the product once.
Costs for replacement of goods and money are borne by the buyer, unless the buyer receives the damaged or wrong product.
